general-purpose alkoxy silicone sealant

YOUHANG GM is a single-component, neutral-curing general-purpose alkoxy silicone sealant specially developed for the sealing of doors, windows, interior and exterior walls. 

YOUHANG GM has the advantages of good adhesion to many building materials and no corrosion to metals and coated glass.

1 Product Features
Single component, easy to use, good extrusion and thixotropy at 4℃～40℃;
Alkoxy silicone, neutral curing, no corrosion to metals, coated glass, marble, granite and other building materials;
No irritation or unpleasant odor;
Excellent weather aging resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance;
Excellent adhesion to most building materials;
Good compatibility with other neutral silicone glues.

2 Main uses
Sealing of various door and window installations;
Sealing of decoration caulking.

3 Usage restrictions
Cannot be used as a structural sealant;
Not suitable for bonding and sealing cement and concrete substrates;
Not suitable for airtight places, because the sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to solidify;
Not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4℃ or higher than 40℃;
Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;
Not suitable for places that are continuously immersed in water or damp all year round;
Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to avoid yellowing;
Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning fluid) to avoid discoloration;
Not suitable for all materials that exude grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oiled wood
